The only reason I even wanted to watch this movie is because of Noah Centineo being in it, and I have no shame. I watched this as part of my #NoahCentMarathon a few weeks ago. I also enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.
When I was watching this movie, I was able to call the entire plot within the first about 10-15 minutes. I also spent the entire movie updating about it on my Twitter in a thread I made specifically for it. It's a super cheesy movie about teenage romance and angst and figuring out what their ~dreams~ are. It was pretty much a "more adult" version of a Disney film. I enjoyed it because it didn't require a lot of thinking and allowed me to just watch it with ease.
Throughout this movie, there were cameos made by several high-profile people in Hollywood that are tied into the movies that are beach themed (much like this one). That made me really excited and a bit more invested in my viewing time.
I would recommend this movie to anyone who needs something easy to watch that doesn't have a lot of points you have to think hard about while also knowing exactly what is going to happen next before the story even tells you. I highly enjoyed that factor myself.
This movie is currently available to be streamed on Netflix. It was originally an iTunes exclusive film.
